Ongoing oversight activities by the FAA include:8 {/ n1 q, l: x
- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on4 X) O, r" g# W/ }" Q j% n- M
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these Q% j, Z8 } I& c5 s4 @
design changes by AD no later than April 2019. L7 g/ X9 t% z( V1 @( k
- Design changes include:

MCAS AOA Signal Enhancements

; D7 ~4 M4 G' R1 h2 S那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS- n8 Z5 c8 [, }! E
& A9 p. G# b1 {4 VMaximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)2 _; f/ j* n+ P: s# q5 d( p

扰流片的问题,有人现在提出来MAX的spoiler从NG的机械控制改成FBW, 然后各种scenario, 那部分我还没有完全看明白 |
