这是FAA几天前发的Continued Airworthiness Notice

) N2 \, j% @4 r+ S6 N- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on- M2 G5 y7 z, v
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these
$ v$ Q9 C# d! ndesign changes by AD no later than April 2019.( t% z2 q/ W% z
- Design changes include:

% Y2 t: P9 T# F那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS# Z( m& c$ N4 y2 s8 X

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)

扰流片的问题,有人现在提出来MAX的spoiler从NG的机械控制改成FBW, 然后各种scenario, 那部分我还没有完全看明白 |
