这是FAA几天前发的Continued Airworthiness Notice- L( Z( V2 ?) n- I
! ?) E: f4 ~9 C3 F; Q- UOngoing oversight activities by the FAA include:
3 H5 Z M* v4 d# D: v; b' w) Q: |- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on( E8 ]& {, y8 G! O* e% j
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these
; V$ b! d& |5 T6 ddesign changes by AD no later than April 2019.% k- j3 f$ J$ Z( U. D& A% S$ W6 k
- Design changes include:
7 K7 p1 h) k ?$ i MCAS Activation Enhancements
# K* E, ?" j: B* [ MCAS AOA Signal Enhancements
! a- M2 Q) ]' E# a# I MCAS Maximum Command Limit

那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)8 [+ J+ S# n) q# ~* R
7 d. o+ }0 J9 X, z' |: F扰流片的问题,有人现在提出来MAX的spoiler从NG的机械控制改成FBW, 然后各种scenario, 那部分我还没有完全看明白 |
