! y7 ~( H/ F" {4 k! A大概十几年前在国内读研究生时,一日受本校某著名教授邀请, 要去西北一农村蹲点,说是作个象样的调查研究,以便写个供国务院领导审阅的报告来解决解决三农问题。 h+ O& Q' l5 }: n" @4 V. m: \
; g# b; s8 G3 f% t" H* V+ P3 D小虎故作欢呼雀跃拍手称快,心里却叫苦连天,都什么年代了还搞这一套,学费孝通写《江村经济》也不看看形势。

$ r+ [/ \1 O/ O幸亏老教授的提议受到系里所有中青年学术骨干的一致反对,他们还要利用假期走走穴赚点外快哪,哪有这闲心去陪个无权无势的老头子钻农村。于是此事不了了之。前两年见到这位老教授时,还在为这事耿耿于怀,说当年如果这个调查研究搞成了,中国农村问题就解决了一大半,中国农业经济研究的学术中心肯定在本校云云。

& }4 \- @0 i n' i由此想到了中国经济学界本来是有两把剑的:第一把剑是以孙冶方薛暮桥等人所代表的“实验主义”,另一把剑是以陈岱孙张培刚为首的“拿来主义”。这两把剑都有历史传统和理论渊源。比如说,孙薛等人受苏俄的国家主义影响很大,对计划经济的理解很有一套,通到天就是陈云。而陈岱孙张培刚两个哈佛博士是把现代经济学引入中国的桥梁,现在在中国经济学教育界有点名望的老师大多数都是这两位巨子的徒子徒孙。他们所引入的经济思想决定了改革开放后中国的主流,和周邓的思路暗合。

5 R" l& m: m5 p那么,中国的经济学问题出在哪呢?很简单,就是文革。
% p/ O2 e7 y- S7 ~, W4 d7 {6 T
文革过后,中国经济学的两把剑都丢了,整个学术水平倒退到了建国以前的起点,大批的人才凋零。首先丢掉的是第二把剑,陈岱孙被踢下中央财经学院(现中央财经大学)校长的位置,黯然失色退回书斋。张培刚闭嘴敲了十年石头好歹保住命。以至于文革末期,美国两位学者跑到中国来,想向张请教一些发展经济学的问题时,却在采石厂见到这位落魄的“发展经济学先驱”。
" P+ R0 _8 J& S3 E. A& h' N" S/ e0 K! F- y0 h
张面对后学晚辈的回答让小虎现在想起来还不寒而栗。张将发展经济学的领跑权供手相让,坦言已经十年没有摸书了,英语也不行了,已无力为人师。大概二十年时间,中国大陆不存在正规的经济学训练。有整整两代人在经济学上没有任何建树。第一代是本该文革其间读书的青年学子,第二代是他们的学生。从本质上说,现在国内45岁以上本土制造的所谓经济学家都是徒有虚名。天可怜见,张顽强地活了下来,才有以后的中国经济学重镇“华中派”,才有在国外埋头苦干的石寿永和在国内发表了800多篇“论文”(叫你和他一样一稿多投,也没人能发800多篇不是?)的巴曙松。

到了改革开放以后,所谓的西方经济学兴起,一批学术新贵横扫“实验主义”,基本上把这批老人从课堂上驱逐出去了。又在公众舆论中把这帮人的弟子赶尽杀绝,把本人当牌位高高供起。长江后浪推前浪,前浪死在沙滩上。" g+ L+ r4 ]2 z6 V! I
* h- V' g/ j) o6 ^$ L把这第一把剑也打碎了的就是号称“京城四少”的樊刘钟魏四位京派高手。

1 t" m% c C% g# f- n北大自毁长城赶走了邹恒甫,导致中财坐大,稳坐中国第一,而张维迎自己只是最后一名而已。再等两年,我们这些人回国,他的名字就从这个排行榜上消失了。白聚山怎么也被中财挖走了呢。以后,中国的经济学界就是中财,清华和北大的三国时代。
