车轱辘上有几个螺栓还挺有意思的。。。

Start with 3 then if the car is expected to go over 70 mph add 1, now you have 4 if that same vehicle is expected to tow or weighs more than 4,000 lbs add 1, now you have 5, now if you expect the vehicle to be a luxury class or have large rims add 1, now you have 6, now if your vehicle is over 4,000 lbs and has more than 500hp add 2, now you have 8. There is a federal guideline that spells all this out some where, it even has rules about buses and trucks and how they must be designed there is a reason why headlights are where they are and tail lights and turnsignals its all in the federal guideline.
