她不像那尊著名的
   古希腊青铜巨像
曾摆出征服者的模样，
   脚踩两块陆地。
一位伟大的女性，
   即将屹立在这里，
在我们迎着海浪，
   映着落日的大门旁。
她举起火炬，
   火焰里锁着雷电的闪光，
她的名字是流浪者的母亲；
   灯塔在她手里，
向世界发出欢迎的光芒；
   她带着爱意，
俯瞰彩虹桥连起两座城，
   环抱着海港。
“旧世界，留着你们
   传说中的光耀虚荣!”
她沉默地呐喊：
   “给我你那些穷苦的人民，
那些渴望自由呼吸的
   茫茫大众，
你那熙攘的海岸上
   难以容身的苦命人，
送给我吧，风浪中漂泊的
   无家的生灵！
我正高举明灯，
   迎候在黄金的大门！”

With conquering limbs astride from land to land;

Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand

A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame

Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name

Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand

Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command

The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

“Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she

With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

谢谢。现在翻译诗歌，应该说比以往任何时候都有更多的资源，网上有很多分析和讲义，还有line by line的详细讲解。在翻译的时候，完全可以仅仅依据原文资料来翻译，无需提前参考借鉴现有译文。这篇我是在翻译完了之后找到一些译文来比较，对于所见略同的地方感到高兴，也对不同的地方有些体会，感觉很有意思。
