标题: 洛克希德吃了豹子胆了？
洛克希德对LRIP9和10（LRIP=Low Rate Initial Production，现阶段的低速生产）的协议价格不满，这实际上是JPO（Joint Project Office，F-35计划的负责机构）单方面强加的，洛克希德并没有同意，所以从公司方面来说是Undefinized Contract Action（UCA）。洛克希德副总裁、首席财务官Bruce Tanner今天在华尔街的Cowen’s 38th Annual Aerospace/Defense & Industrials Conference上说道：

If we’d agreed with the position we would have accepted the contract that was offered, so we think there is a difference in our position versus the government’s, obviously. I don’t think it’s something that necessarily gets dropped.
...
There are different avenues for how we could potentially pursue this thing, some from a legal perspective, some from the overall mix of negotiation and consideration that could potentially solve it without going down the legal course.
...
We’re not in any hurry. We’re not under any pressure to resolve this thing right now.

前面在1月24日洛克希德的股东会议上，总裁Marillyn Hewson也说道：

Basically we are not under any pressure to do anything further on LRIP 9 at this point. We are just going to continue to look at our options on LRIP 9.

换句话说，Tanner没有说将控告五角大楼的霸王条款，但保留这么做的权利。LRIP9的价格问题没有完。在特朗普高压压价的现在，他这个表态很有深意。或许是信号：别再压价了，否则我也叫你不好受。

有意思的是，洛克希德不一定现在就要控告，只要在整个F-35生产结束之前，都可以控告。
