房子装修哪些特色可以增值或者好卖（8）

排名第8的是吊灯。注意了，不是当年很流行的水晶灯（chanderlier），而是吊灯（pendant light）。水晶灯已经被认为过时了。

吊灯大概是最普通的灯具了，当年都以吊灯为土，改用吸顶灯、壁灯、落地灯等，现在吊灯卷土重来。吊灯用得最多的是厨房和餐厅。吊灯的好处和坏处都是从天花板垂吊下来。当年房间小，吊灯一吊下来，房间就显得小；现在首先是房间大了，而且高敞了，第二吊灯垂吊下来自然处在视线位置，弄好了，容易成为视觉中心，形成很好的室内设计效果。这是现代吊灯回归的主要原因。

吊灯品种非常多样，可以是透明或者不透明灯罩的，可以是玻璃或者金属灯罩的，甚至竹木、纸质灯罩，可以是一溜齐平或者是高低参差的，灯罩样式更是可以千奇百怪

吊灯几乎可以和任何室内设计风格搭配，什么风格都能找到合适的吊灯风格，但似乎特别适合于现代简约设计搭配，夸张、夺目的吊灯正好弥补了简约的冷漠、空旷感

吊灯在亚利桑那凤凰城最受追捧，可以增值4.6%，或者提早脱手48天。对了水晶灯只增值1.8%。

我觉得厨房现在基本趋势就是你贴的吊灯，但是正餐厅（不是厨房中心岛旁边的餐桌）看到的房子基本还是chandelier, 就是吊灯组合。

晨大贴的大部分吊灯都不错，有几张太夸张的就过犹不及了，这样反而会限制买家市场。

老房子餐厅确实还是chanderlier为主，据说新房子（或者新装修的房子）已经较少用chanderlier了。这一点HGTV上也很明显。

确实，太夸张的吊灯接受面还是小，或者叫好不叫座。

现代吊灯回归的主要原因是LED的普及为造型设计提供了无限可能。
这里面有四种吊灯我去年更换餐厅灯的时候都考虑过。最后还是简简单单吸顶了事
