现代派坡顶屋

坡顶屋是最常见的，历史大概也是最久的，因为坡顶有利于泄水，防止雨水潴留对屋顶的损坏，也减少大雪挤压把屋顶压坏，但坡顶看起来在款式上也是老态龙钟的

这个房型没有太特别的啊，为什么这么流行呢？
二楼主卧好像没有ensuite？这在北美简直是“不可饶恕”了，只有小孩卧室才公用卫浴。
两层总面积1870多平方英尺，这不是很大哦。

优点就是简单，而且可以有很多模组。比如，外墙多加几扇窗户，看起来又完全不一样。
法兰克福算是德国房价前10的城市。这栋楼，加上300平米的地，估计要70万欧元。
