美丽的小教堂
本帖最后由 晨枫 于 2020-4-10 17:50 编辑有人把欧洲游简化为“ABC，ABC”，Another bloody castle, another bloody church。不过这些ABC里的大多是cathedral，这些是教区里主教主持的大教堂，不是一般的教堂。大教堂里最大的都不叫cathedral，而叫bascilica，那只有梵蒂冈的教皇加持过的大教堂才有资格这么叫，比如圣彼得大教堂。一般的教堂叫church，由神父主持。有钱人家自己庄园里造的小教堂叫chapel，家人礼拜用，所以也叫礼拜堂。学校、机构、修道院都可以有自己的礼拜堂，教堂侧院里也常有一个或者几个礼拜堂，常对村里人开放。礼拜堂没有常驻的神父主持，是自修的地方，也常用于村里人的婚丧典礼。
与大教堂的恢弘相反，礼拜堂不仅小，而且私密、雅致，好比江南园林与皇家园林的差别。欧美各地遍布美丽的小教堂，常常在美丽的景致中，有世外桃源之感，其实比大教堂更加有看头。在建筑风格上，则从淳朴到异邦，百花齐放。

嗯，这个倒是不知道，也不知道罗马还有另外三个也能用baslica的名称。受教了。
